Two days later I was down a pound and at my goal weight of 132 which I have not been able to attain since I was there for one day in December.
Ok, so normally I'm not really a big fan of nuts. She said they were so good that she still has her family members ship them up to her here in Montana. I tried them and LOVED them. We all know how the old saying goes, in fact it's the inspiration for the title of my WLJ blog: it's not over 'til the fat lady sings. As an opera singer, and someone who has had a weight problem essentially since birth (yes folks, I was 9 lbs 10 oz. get over it.), I've heard my fair share of stereotypes.
